1. Return & Replacement Policy
We ensure every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if there is an issue with your order, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged or defective product delivered
How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
1. Email us at support@stim.in within 7 days of delivery, along with your order ID and clear images of the product.
2. Our support team will review your request within 2 working days and share the next steps.
Verification & Resolution
- Once the returned product is received, we will conduct a quality check.
- If your claim is valid, we will either replace the product (subject to availability) or initiate a refund.
Note - Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
2. Refund Policy
We aim to make your experience with STIM Spark worry-free.
Below is how refunds work:
- Full Refund for Unopened/Unused Products: You may return full-priced, unopened, and unused products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Reverse pickup is available in most locations across India.
- Reject Tampered Packages on Delivery: If you receive a tampered or opened package, please reject it at the time of delivery.
- Non-Refundable Products: No refunds or exchanges are provided for opened, used, or discounted products. STIM Spark is not liable for damage after delivery.
Refund Processing Timeline - Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality verification, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days (depending on your bank/payment gateway).
- You will receive a confirmation via email/SMS once the refund is initiated.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Before Processing: You may cancel your order before it is processed or shipped by emailing support@stim.in.
- After Processing/Shipment: Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation by STIM Spark: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, delivery restrictions, pricing or product information errors, or payment verification issues.
- If your order is cancelled by us, any amount charged will be refunded to your original payment method.
